CONDITIONS,
TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY :
1.
The price of
Buffet per person are exclusive of beverage;
2.
Children under
12 years old are free of charge;
3.
Deposit/guarantee of 50% of the wedding package amount, including
optional services, is required for booking,
at least 30 days before the Wedding Date;
4.
Payment by
Credit Card will be charged +3%, bank’s fee;
5.
Balance amount
shall be paid on arrival date at Mango Village (check-in date);
6.
In the case of
cancellation, Mango Village must to receive a written notice of
cancellation
by email or fax (info@mangovillagesamui.com,
fax +66 77 232 237) at least 21 days before the Wedding Date.
7.
Cancellation
received in less than 21 days before the Wedding Date is subject
to a 50% charge of the amount
of the wedding package and optional services prices.
